Transitions & Connection Coach
Welcome
Relocations, breakups, career changes, and identity shifts can leave you asking:
“Who am I now? What do I need? What should I do?
Where do I even start?”
I know this place; I’ve been there too.
I’ve questioned who I was outside of family, culture, and relationships.
I’ve moved cities and continents, starting from scratch over and over.
I’ve lost friends in transition, sat at dinners surrounded by people, yet felt completely alone.
And I’ve also done the work.
I’ve rebuilt a life where I can be fully myself: no masks, no borrowed roles.
I’ve created deep, lasting connections and circles that feel like chosen family.
I’ve learned to build a home both within and without, wherever I land.
Those lessons, along with what I learned in my coaching certification training became
The ARC Method™ - Align, Relate, Create. A 3-step coaching framework that helps you:
-
Align with who you are now and what you need
-
Relate to others with confidence and authenticity
-
Create the belonging and community you want for your next chapter
If you’re in transition, you don’t need another survival strategy.
You need a way to belong to yourself again, and then to the life you’re creating.
You’re not starting from scratch.
You’re starting from here.

About Me

You are best fit to serve the person you used to be.
When I first heard those words, everything clicked. I realized I didn’t just love finding my home, I loved the messy, transformative process of getting there.
For years, I chased belonging across five continents, hopping corporate jobs and borders, convinced that home was somewhere out there. But the more I searched, the emptier I felt.
My emptiness was comfortable… until it wasn’t.
I had just moved to Barcelona and was going through a hard breakup. I decided to take it as an opportunity and began doing the long overdue work.
First, on myself, meeting my real self for the first time after years of conditioning, self-betrayal, and coping. I started to understand my needs and my boundaries.
Then, on my life, learning to be more present, to build healthy habits and activities that excited me. Slowly, I built a life that felt like me, one I felt connected to.
Finally, on the way I related to others. learning to show up fully and authentically, to build lasting relationships with people aligned with who I was becoming, and to create a community I could truly belong to.
I learned that belonging isn’t something you find. It’s something you build. And it always starts with yourself.
I stumbled upon a coaching school by pure serendipity. and I took it as a call to action. A way to bring structure and framework to a personal, chaotic, and deeply intimate journey.
And that’s why I do this work now.
Because if you’re in the middle of a life transition, a breakup, a move, an identity shift. I know exactly how disorienting it can feel. And I also know that rebuilding your sense of self, your confidence in connection, and your circle of belonging is not only possible…
it’s within reach.
